Established in 2001 and headed by Dr. Lisa Wong, our clinic specializes in non-surgical and surgical root canal therapy.

Our goal is to provide specialized professional service as part of your overall dental care. We are one component of your dental team.

Dr. Lisa Wong was born in Hong Kong and relocated with her family to Canada in 1984. She received her BSc. Degree in 1992 and her MSc. Degree in Cellular and Molecular Pathology in 1994 from the University of Toronto. Dr. Wong then went to Boston, Massachusetts to pursue dentistry and received her DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1998. From 1998-1999 Dr. Wong practiced as a General Dentist in Boston prior to deciding that Endodontics was her passion. She completed her specialty training in Endodontics at Tufts University in 2001. Upon graduation Dr. Wong returned to Toronto after successfully completed the Canadian licensure exams.

In 2001, Dr. Lisa Wong set up her private clinic in North York, Toronto at 5 Fairview Mall Drive and was joined in 2011 by Dr. Sophia Lalani, an Associate Endodontist. In 2006 Dr. Wong set up her second office in Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario. Dr. Bennett Mui joined the Stouffville Clinic in 2012 and Stouffville Dental Specialists was established.

Dr. Wong is a fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and is an active member in the American Association of Endodontics and the Canadian Association of Endodontics. She is also a member of the Ontario Society of Endodontics, Canadian Dental Association, Ontario Dental Association, and Canadian Chinese Dental Society. She is a former Clinical Instructor in Endodontics with the faculty of Dentistry University of Toronto.

Dr. Lisa Wong is happily married to her husband Andy and they have two beautiful children and a dog. Dr. Wong is busy with both her personal and professional life. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. In her spare time, she engages in jewelry making, refinishing objects and resin crafts.
